Safeway Fuel Station

There is always a line because of the lower price but it moves fast.

Usually the cheapest place in hilo. 10cents cheaper per gallon if u pay with cash or debt card. But, the parking lot gets hectic. The gas station is often very busy. Be willing to a few mins. They have a small convenience store.

Easy in and out station... use your debit card and get 10 cents off per gallon! Never had a problem at this station. ud83dude42

This is a great place to get gas if you are in Hilo.they have a cheaper price if you pay with your debit card or with cash.I would say it is one of the cheapest places to buy gas on the east side of the big island of Hawaii. If you have a Safeway club card you can scan it and earn cash back. There is also a spot to fill up air and water. It is a typical gas station. Our family gets gas here every time we are on the east side of the big island. Since it's right next to Safeway it's a great place to do some shopping and Target is also right next door.
