Gas is not cheap on the islands… Well, however if you plan to fill-up before your exploring trip in the morning or before rental car “drop-off” – this is the most convenient location I guess, if you’re staying in the area and price-wise, you cannot really win you going to “drive around” ;-) Also, another excuse to get gas here to stop at “KTA-Store” for some snack or food to go (did that many times).

Wow. Needed a place for my wife to use the restroom so filled up with gas here despite the fact I was only half empty. She was told the restrooms are bot open to the public and she would have to go to Jamba Juice to use the restroom. I was not happy, went in and told them I was a customer and they said sorry, not open to the public. I then asked for a receipt cause their fuel pump didn’t issue one, and she asked me for a pump number. I said “I’m not sure but it’s the only car at your pumps right now”. That is in quotations. She had her back turned visiting with a fellow employee and said back to me “what is your pump number”? She never turned around to look. I walked out and checked the number and then came back in and told her. WOW. Get fuel somewhere else. Unbelievably rude. I have NEVER run into anyone so rude in Hawaii before.
