Staff walks like zombies and is not friendly.nI had put money in the vacuum machine to realize it's not working.nWent inside to get reimbursed but they didn't want to give the large amount of 1,50 dollars back.nIt's anti customer service.nDISRESPECTFUL.nThey might think am a tourist but too bad am a local that will never come here again. And tell other's not to do so either.nIs there not a way to give a zero???

We are frequent customers. Due to the Keauhou location we buy gas frequently although it’s a $1.20 more than Costco at the moment due to convinience of course. We had ran in to check out the wine selection, normally they have bottles front row for their stock, unfortunately they did not have a bottle front row for the bottle selection we were headed for. As my partner was headed for the selection, he slightly hit the bottle next to it as there is ample space to move around to get to it. We were very apologetic for the bottle that happened to tumble down as I know this an inconvenience to clean up. We offered to clean it up, but the blonde lady working this evening was slightly irritated to clean this up (as I would be also) she told us we would have to pay for the bottle. In previous years of working at a grocery store I understand they have insurance for these sort of accidents. We were essentially charged $28 for a $6 bottle of wine. There for the company I work for that uses their business daily will be taken elsewhere. Mahalo for your previous business, sorry for your lack of understanding.

I've never seen this gas station very crowded , so I'm in and out pretty quickly!

Gas was very expensive 4.37 need to drive to the KONA cost to get gas at a decent price 3.10 was the average there.
