Awesome never seen so many bears in one place I went in the middle of July the salmon run was peaking so there were quite a few people also waited at the lower falls about an hour but if it's crowded you get an hour at the upper falls then you have to get on a list to go back it's definitely worth it

Great place to see brown bears .. if they are around! Not a lot at end August. They are plentiful from beg. July.. feeding time after hybernation!
