Great!!!!!

No one answers the phone and clerks complain about how the phone still rings when they're on the line...Then hire a customer service rep. or something to help out with phones!

If I could rate zero stars I would.nTerrible system they have going on, you’d think it’s the year 2021 and you’d be able to be on hold for the next available representative. But no you gotta make sure the DMV gods is on your side and you timed your phone call right. I’m sure the appointment system is working due to covid but if you live out of state (military) and you’re trynna renew your DL and you have probably the basic of questions to ask. You better hope you get family or friends that work for them so you can go to them.

Not too bad of an experience but do be prepared you do have to have an appointment to have title transfer. And it's usually about a month out for appointments so be prepared

Terrible experience wouldn’t recommend going here at all.nnIf you don’t have everything 100% exactly perfect, they will not help you.nNobody there is helpful for road test or written test information..nnWhen I continued to try to find an answer and they kept denying me, they called the cops on me... the cops were really embarrassed to even be there, even they weren’t sure why they were called out there.. (I had to apologize to the police on behalf of the DEPARTMENT MOTOR VEHICLES. They were understanding but visibly confused as to why they were called. But when the lady behind the desk called the cops, she claimed I was getting “violent and loud” which I wasn’t. I was patiently waiting in line for the supervisor)nnTerrible staff, bad experience, wouldn’t recommend going here, go somewhere else.
