Dr. Ah Loy is great. Very nice and caring. Hes very genuine.

I hope another GI specialist comes to the island because clearly Dr Ah Loy's office can not handle it. Never return calls, takes months to get a consultation. Dr was nice for the first meeting but rude and inconsiderate the next meeting. Doesnt seem to care or have the time for your health.

First off the office is impossible to reach. I tried for one week straight and no one picked up and just went into voicemail. Left message but no return call. Physically had go to the office to make my appointment.nMy appointment was set for Oct 31, 2018. Picked my prep kit couple of weeks ago. Tried calling for instructions and again impossible to reach. Faxed a message to return my call.... crickets! Called on Friday morning and amazingly someone picked up only to be told they are closed on Fridays. I told the person (I won’t use her name) that I needed instructions to be emailed to me . She assured me she would. Crickets! Monday morning nurse calls to ask if I had started the prep on Sunday. I told her I never got the instructions emailed so no I did not start. As I was speaking with the nurse an email comes thru with instructions. I then informed the nurse how would I be able to start on Sunday when I am just getting email on Monday morning.n3:47pm Tuesday October 30 day before my procedure they canceled . Told me not to take the solution that was already prepared.)Told to come in the morning for a consultation. Not able to reschedule procedure until January 2019. Really the day before after not being able to eat anything, wasted money on required prescription and you cancel my procedure?TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL! I am so disappointed in Dr Ah lLoy! Do you run your business or your incompetent staff?

Having a colonoscopy is not something most folks would look forward to, but the staff at Dr. Ah Loy's workplace did their best to make things right. The prep and procedure were explained thoroughly and the procedure itself was completely painless. After procedure care was thorough and kindly. I can't say enough nice things about the overall process.

Dr Ah Loy is a kind and caring doctor. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Everyone involved where kind and caring as well. I got my results straight from doctor Ah Loy. He called me as soon as he received them. Can't say enough about his compation.
