Dr. Pekala is an awesome physician. I'd give him and his MA 5 stars.nDr. Nikaitani has poor bedside manners. Very unprofessional! He is rude, doesn't respect privacy and overbooks patients to make more money. I overheard him yelling at another patient and staff member. If you want to experience negligence then he's the doctor to see. He won't give you the time of day. My uncle was a patient there and he died. He was ignored several visits by the Dr. before his condition was addressed. He's now dead.

Dr. Don Nikaitani has been my doctor for over 30 years. After suffering through a long unexplained illness that every other doctor I saw could not figure out, I went to see Dr. Nikaitani. I remember that first office visit very well. He said he would not stop until he got to the bottom of it, and that is exactly what he did. I can honestly say, I find him very caring and knowledgeable. He takes the time to listen, and answer any questions. Whatever health issues come up it is a relief to know that I am getting the very best care.

Maybe the guy that has hmsa quest should switch to ohana health care they are with quest...and they accept ohana health care..

Apparently health care here is dependent on the type of insurance you have. They are accepting new patients, but not if you have HMSA Quest. Health care on this island is pretty messed up if when you really need it, you are turned away because of the type of insurance you have.
Similar place
