From the moment we walked in we were greeted with such friendliness, The doctor a nurse did such a great job by making my daughter feel calm and comfortable with her procedure. I was referred to Elite Smile Center from Hawaii Family Dental. I had to cancel my appointment due to work and when I tried to rescheduled they told me I would no longer be able to do it with them because I had canceled my first appointment. I guess they have a policy that they won’t take a client after they miss or cancel an appointment. I told them I was in lots of pain and Id like to still use their services if possible but I was turned down. I understand to an extent but it doesn’t make sense to me to turn away a client in pain because I wasn’t able to make it to my first appointment. Being that I was referred by my dental office I tried to get the work done with Elite Smile Center but I’m left with nothing done and an overall unpleasant experience.
