Dental visits are no longer scary for my child. We finally found the best dental practice...and get this, we were NEVER referred out. My 2 children who are 6 years apart, have their own dentist that know what's going on. The receptionist(s) are great at what they do and we are always welcomed with a smile. At the end of each visit, I am given a thorough run down of what's going on and what to expect for the next visit. Great service. No complaints.

Excellent dental group. The entire organization is professional and great with both children and adults. From the friendly faces as you walk in the door to the hygienist and the doctors the entire staff is enjoyable and professional. I highly recommend this dental practice. Both Dr. Takata and Dr. Byun are excellent.

Been coming here since my son was 6 months old. Waiting room is very cozy and set up with a television, books and magazines to occupy your time. Waiting time as we've experienced has always been under 15 minutes. Office is very cool and clean. Dentist and staff are very professional, gentle and patient with my child and very informative with me and my husband. We highly recommend Takata Dental Health Center to anyone in need of a pediatric dentist!

This is the BEST dental clinic I've ever been to. They're efficient, friendly, and professional in all they do. Prior to my first appointment, I appreciated having the option to fill in new patient forms online to save time. I also like their text-based alerts for potential appointment changes. Most importantly, they're always so gentle working on my teeth! Thank you to the team at Takata Dental for always taking care of me!

Ok. Don’t trust them. I know that they are highly rated, but they scammed me. They filled in one of my cavities, and then a few months later, they told me that I had more. They also told me that they saw those cavities before, BUT CHOSE NOT TO TELL ME. This isn’t even everything, but it’s already a bad business practice. Later, I suddenly move, and I went to a new dentist to get my cavities filled, only for them to tell me that I don’t have any cavities. I thought “why did the place in Hilo tell me I have cavities when I don’t?” Then, I realized that they could be doing this to multiple people, telling them that they have cavities when they don’t, getting away with it, and end up charging people more. Don’t get scammed, don’t go here.
