This store is remarkable, they have anything your precious pet could need or want. The associates are VERY pleasant and well informed. The selection are many, I've never seen so much dog food in one place before. They even have clothing for your pet! Check it out you'll enjoy your visit! Mahalo

Excellent customer service!

Very rude manager. Placed an order, waited for a good 20 minutes. The app gave me the “On my way” option. I clicked it and headed over. Waited for a few minutes, the manager came over and asked if I was picking up I said yes and told him my name and he said no, there are lots of orders before you, wait for an email before you come back. I don’t have my email in my car......so I go home, 45 minute drive home. Check email, the email came through not two minutes after I had been there. I called the store to cancel the order and complain and the manager tells me that it was him that had met me at the store and he was not rude. I told him yes he was and he argued that he wasnt, so I cancelled my order and hung up. Never going there again.
