Fuku-Bonsai

Tree did not survive even though I did everything as instructed. It was a tropical plant and should not have been advertised as being able to survive anywhere, the place I live in is very dry and arid and this kind of plant does better in a humid climate like Hawaii. You have no idea how much pain and distress this causes me even years later. It was traumatic to have such a wonderful experience visiting Fuku Bonsai and getting my plant, only to have it die on me when i took it home. And the owner won’t respond to my emails anymore.

Magical place in the rainforest. Bonsai master and his wild creations. Plan to spend time and soak up the knowledge.

David is one of the most amazing people you will ever meet. The nursery is really interesting and by someone who loves what they do. TED Talk needs to invite him to share his view on life.

This place is amazing. The people so kind and helpful. They have a amazing collection of bonsai. My daughter loved seeing them all. I bought a bonsai for myself and had one shipped to my friend on the mainland. The shipping was super fast and they followed up with all the shipping information. To me this is a must stop if you are in Hilo.
