Everything you need for almost any pet with helpful, friendly staff!nnYes, it’s pricier than online but so is everything (hey, you’re on an island and it costs the stores more to get the items here. Enjoy paradise and don’t complain.) and you get what you need today instead of a week from now!nnThe staff here have always been friendly and helpful (in my experience), going out of their way to assist me in any way they can. If you want something from online that isn’t in the store - check with them and they’ll help you get it!

They always have what I need, I am a member so the perks and rewards are awesome and very useful!nOne issue I've had a few times is that when they are offering buy one get one 50% off, I HAVE TO tell the cashier that I want the discount or they don't do it. I feel like if it's the stores sale it should be in the computer correct and not my responsibility to remind them. I've forgotten twice and both times I didn't receive a discount. I would not have gotten two at once if not for the discount. But mostly I'm a happy customer and return monthly for my dog needs.

Went in today the lady Wendy was rude!nnI go there. All the time.this is the first time.nI had to deal with her!nDon't get me wrong there some great people that work there!nMy other friend was talking about her the other day...nHow she has terrible customer service! it's like she doesn't want to be there!nIt not my fault!!

Convenient and efficient online shopping. Got a new pup and didn't have a thing to support it. Ordered online and approximately 20 minutes later, I was driving to town to pick-up my order.

March 2021 Clean store. Lots of dog food, dog gear. No pets for sale. No rats, no birds, no chinchillas, no tortoises, no parakeets! All the pens are empty except for the adopt-the-1-cat near the entrance. There are fish though. The rabbit area is missing lots of inventory- lots of empty spots where there should be rabbit goodies, but this is where you buy Petco online & pay the Hawaii surcharge.
