Responded within hours and took out two hornets nests on opposite sides of my pool. Mike explained how he was going to do job, suited up, was friendly and did the job in less than twenty minutes. Happy with his service.
I rent out a two family house in the north shore, and the tenants notified me that clearly animals had been getting into the basement and connected crawlspaces. I really needed a someone that could figure out the problem, get the job done on behalf of my tenants, and do it quickly. So I tried calling a couple places, including Vault. Mike responded immediately, had the problem evaluated / estimated by the next day, and fully solved a few days after that. I've since brought him to another property where he was able to set up monitoring cameras for a similar issue. Same experience - timely response and quality work. He was great to work with, and now my mind is at ease. Highly recommended.
