Steve is fantastic and his subcontractors do good work. Cleanest and most organized contractor I've ever worked with. Does big as well as smaller jobs. He is the first person we call when we need work done!
Steve at Custom Creations Contracting did a complete bathroom renovation for us in our 1880's house. From demolition to having a usable bathroom took about a month (exactly what was predicted at the start of the project), and we could see substantial progress each day. Steve's team came in and out of the house like clockwork each day, so that no time was wasted. A lot of our selections were custom (a custom, deep shower niche; custom floating shelves built by Steve's team) and everything turned out exactly how we hoped. We really appreciated the regular communication that always came directly from Steve. We knew every single day what was being done, what to expect over the next few days, and he was sure to answer any questions we had at the end of each day. He was very responsive when we had questions, both in person and via email and text. Overall, Steve made the process of having our only bathroom completely renovated as painless as possible, and my husband and I are very thankful we chose Custom Creations Contracting for this project.
We hired Custom Creations Contracting to finish our basement and add a bathroom. We couldn’t be happier. My wife & I contracted with Custom Creations to remodel our kitchen in Fall 2019. We found Custom Creations through Home Advisor and selected them after evaluating several other contractors. While the price quote from Custom Creations was consistent with our other estimates, Custom Creations won our business by being thorough, communicative, and responsive to us during our evaluation.nnOur kitchen remodel project was extensive...demolition to the studs, modification to water plumbing, running in natural gas, under counter and in-cabinet lighting, new cabinets, new appliances, new counter, and a large backsplash covering exposed walls. Custom Creations projected a 3 month timeline to complete the work, accounting for interruptions due to Thanksgiving and Christmas.nnCustom Creations continued to be thorough, communicative, and responsive at all points during the project, and were professional and pleasant to work with.
We contracted Custom Creations to do a kitchen, dining room and family room remodel in Burlington. Steve provided a very detailed proposal and timeline, from the labor, material and allowances to any change orders we requested. He was very communicative and professional throughout all aspects of the project and kept us updated with what was happening with the project at all times. He and his crew were on site working consistently and all were very professional and trustworthy. We were a little apprehensive about contractors coming and going in our home, but Steve and his crew made us feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. He provided us with suggestions on design and explained in detail all of our options. He handled every aspect of the project deliverables, from soup to nuts. He even worked with our contracted cabinet vendor on their design and scheduling replacement cabinets when some of our cabinets arrived damaged. We couldn’t have been happier with the experience and how the project came out. They did an amazing job and in the timeline proposed! We’ve already recommended Steve to family and friends who are looking for a reliable, responsive, creative contractor. Great job Steve! 10 stars!
