Just moved to Boston and need an annual check up for my kid for the purpose of school registration. Woburn Pediatric needs ALL the medical records after birth; otherwise they can not assign an appointment. My son is 10-year old and we moved a lot in the past years. Ridiculous. As a physician myself, never heard about this in my career. Not patient-centered service.

I have been going to Woburn Pediatrics for 3 years now. The staff is great and the nurses line is the best. When my daughter was born I was calling in when she got RSV and they would walk me through home remedies that could be done to help soothe her. It saved me the copay and eased my mind that i was doing the right thing. They are so helpful. They are also open on weekends which was a savior to me on numerous occasions. I since then had a boy and he goes there as well. I am so happy that i found this office for my kids. I highly recommend them.

If I could rate a 1 I would. I have a balance so I called to make payments and they will only allow 6 payments. Fine don’t take your money you either get 20 a month or you don’t get paid at all. People are so greedy

The recipient people are so rude. They are all care about the money not about your child. Find somewhere who care about my daughter, not money.

The nurses are great, but the receptionists are rude and inconsiderate. They are extremely lazy and pay no attention to what their actual job is. Would highly recommend not going in just because of the receptionists.
