Confused that they insisted on referring us to one of their preferred DR’s for specialty services that only had a 2.6 Rating. We have a family DR that we prefer but they refused to give a Referral for our DR. Who buy the way has a 5.0 Rating.

Once I graduated from college I needed a new doctor because I had to leave my pediatrician, who I also highly recommend. (Robin Smith MD, Dowd Medical, Reading MA) I lived in Wilmington at the time so I went to Wilmington family medical and became a patient of Dr. Jha who was not the right match for me. When I moved to woburn I found Dr. Nallari. I'll never change doctors again. He is a great doctor, he really listened to my concerns and really cared about my feelings. He is very personable and very smart.

Haven't had a bad experience yet- actually, quite the opposite. The staff and physicians have always been very attentive and have gotten me into an appointment (thankfully) asap when I needed something. Results may take a bit to get back but that would be the lab they work with since I had some trouble with this in the past. The staff that I have worked with has otherwise been great. Keeping them as my primary for as long as I can.

Take there sweet time getting back with lab results multi times when there are issues present. Have to call in to get them.
