Therapeutic Associates Happy Valley Physical Therapy

Therapeutic Associates is awesome. I love this place. Bottom line: they are super knowledgeable and have helped my injuries/mobility feel so much better. Jesse is excellent at what he does, and really makes me feel comfortable and he always really listens to what you are saying. Laura also was great and very helpful when I have seen her as well. All of the staff are top notch, they all provide excellent customer service, and overall I feel welcomed like family when I come there. I would highly recommend trying here if you have any physical therapy needs.

I can't speak highly enough about all of the staff. I personally have had most of my care with Dr. Jesse Freschette and his approach is one I truly appreciate. He listens to your description of your problem as well as accurately assessing you himself. He explains why he has given you the type of exercises that he has given you and he and his team make sure you have a good understanding on how to do them correctly. I travel 40-50 minutes to see them, I have several closer Physical Therapists that are nearer to my home that I have tried in the past but I never felt like they understood my concerns or had a treatment plan that gave me hope for a better future. So happy they were recommended to me by my hospital colleagues.

Coming here has been a pleasure. Every employee is attentive, helpful, and pleasant to be around. They make sure to check every box and provide a game plan best suited to help improve your pain scale. I went here for lower back pain and had the opportunity to see Jesse and Laura. Both of them were amazing and helped get me back to a more comfortable state that didn’t leave me getting out of bed stiff and sore anymore. I am also able to do everyday chores more comfortably. I am super pleased with the outcome and couldn’t recommend them more. Come here for your PT needs!

Laura and team were absolutely fantastic.nnI cycled and weightlifted.nI went in for medial knee / quad pain with no real solution given to how to fix my pain.nnI felt like I was operating at around 65%.nLaura was extremely knowledgeable and precise about the exercises she recommended. Eventually, I hit a standstill in them. I voiced that to her and she ramped it up, and continued to help me get back into the groove of things. At the end of it all I’m operating close to 95%. I know as long as I continue to do the exercises given to me by the team, I’ll be back to normal!

This group, especially Laura, are the best. My husband suffers with Parkinson’s dementia and Laura help him relieve his stiffness and markedly improve his walking gait. We have managed to keep him out of a wheelchair at home and only use it for distance walking. We thank them profusely for giving him a smile as he succeeds.
