I recently strained my lower back picking up my daughter and am 15 weeks pregnant. I could hardly move and was in a lot of pain. The team at Ascent (Jonathan) got me in quickly for an assessment, diagnosed and treated me. While it will take time to heal, I felt better immediately after the visit. As I continue to get better, we will come up with a plan to prevent injuries in the future.nnThe space at Sandy was clean, organized and everyone was adhering to restrictions to protect everyone from COVID. This is especially important because of my immunocompromised state during pregnancy.nnI can’t say enough about the team at Ascent.nnFrom,nnOne thankful mama!

I have been working with Patrick now for tendinopathy in my knee. Patrick is a good listener and observer, adjusting the prescribed exercises with each visit. I have felt safe from Covid as there is a small staff and limited other patients.
