The office staff is friendly and helpful and the professional staff was great! First my teeth were X-rayed and cleaned with engaging conversation in between. Then Dr.Darrow evaluated my teeth for a further procedure I had asked about and with confidence said all would work well if I chose to have it done. His staff worked up a cost statement quickly and I made appointments to get it done. I appreciated the kindness and efficiency with which my appointment was completed. This is a GOOD PLACE with delightful people!

Our family has received over many years the best professional dental experience a person can expect. The staff is both caring and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone.

Sadly, i had to get a cavity filled, but Dr. Thompson and her nurse were amazingly fast and so accommodating. They worked around my chaotic schedule and were very cautious and careful with me being 7 months pregnant. Shaub and Dorow have always been fantastic to my family and i, and now Thompson is just as wonderful.

They answer all of your questions with so much kindness & patience. I have a natural fear of dental work, since I have had braces twice. When they removed the glue used with Invisalign the dentist actually used little shots to be sure I wouldn’t feel pain. Thank you Dr. Dorrow, you’re Amazing! They have the most gentle, & sweet office staff. Not to mention highly skilled & personable Dental Hygienists!nThey have a text service to help you remember appointments. They also made my daughter feel so at ease for her first cleaning, by giving her a ride in the chair and letting her see how the tools worked, they made it so fun! She thought she went to a carnival! I am thrilled with this Dental Office and will not ever leave their caring hands! Dr. Dorow performed a procedure on my front teeth today. I am very particular about my teeth, but I never worry when he is working on them. Dr. Dorow is a perfectionist...he really cares about how his work makes you feel and he wants it to look the best it can for you! I trust him and the entire staff to always do the right thing when it comes to my dental health. They are honest about what needs to be done and how to achieve a successful outcome. I cannot think of a better dental office and staff in Billings. They are simply the best!!
