Katie is a pleasure to work with. As a wedding and events professional, she is my first call for baked goods. Her cakes are delicious, executed perfectly, and I've yet to have a client that was not absolutely thrilled with their experience with Katie. There is a reason she books out so far in advance! Trusting your event partners is so important in this business, and it gives me great confidence to know that Katie will not only meet, but consistently exceed my expectations. I highly recommend!

My wife and I ordered a cake last minute for a birthday and Katie went above and beyond ,she was so kind and professional getting it done. We were beyond pleased with how delicious it was. My wife ended up buying some macaroons ( which were amazing) and a candle. This shop really is great! The employee working was extremely helpful and nice. Highly recommend Katie Cakes !!!

I enjoy the drive to Red Lodge and taking time to stop at Katie Cakes. I love her patriotism, her dedication, commitment and enthusiasm she gives to everything she does. I love coffee and it is the perfect place to get a great late while I check out all her speciality bake goods and shop at the same time with a great variety to choose from. So I usually don't write reviews of anywhere but I had to for this place. I am not a cake guy, but I went to a birthday party for a friend of my kids and as we all know, when a kid hands you a piece of cake at his party you eat it. I was truly impressed by it. I talked to the parents and come to find out that they bought it here. So I checked it out, had a great conversation with the owner, and then I had the second best apple pie of my life, no one can beat grandma's cooking. I highly recommend going and giving this place some business.

A GEM right in the middle of downtown Red Lodge. In this store you’re instantly greeted with a warm smile and a sense of home. This cute little shop has it all! Unique gifts and fun souvenirs all while sipping on a yummy cup of coffee. Top off your visit with a few of the beautiful and delicious cupcakes for later too!
