I’ve been with RMB for several years, they’ve intermittently been helpful, most of the time not. They charge $35 bucks per over draft, and give some poor excuse why they did, even if it was a charge you weren’t aware of. I will be changing banks.
When I first moved my accounts to Rocky Mountain I was very pleased they took care of all my needs and were very friendly and had amazing customer service. Over the last new months there customer service has gone down hill to the point were even the idea of dealing with them makes my skin crawl. I regret giving them my business and will be moving to another bank very soon. This change occurred almost overnight they went from great local business to awful corporate robots and I'm very disappointed.
Been waiting for my debt card for over a week now... I have bills I need to pay with that card and you guys are really screwing me. Thank you! I don’t understand why, 1. you don’t issue instant issue cards until the real one comes in, and 2. Why does it take over a week for something to be mailed from a local bank? Huh?!
I recently opened up a personal bank account with Rocky Mountain Bank. I used to love this bank, have been with them for years during all of my moves, but lately the customer service has not been what it used to be. Very unfortunate that I have to leave.
