the guy last night. Sept 16th. At the front desk was HORRIBLY RUDE! was horrible to my 60 year old mother who was asking if they had any rooms available. He said we should have planned our trip better and done some research. Told my mom good luck finding a room tonight. Go to hotels.com and find a room and suggested a low class budget hotel. It was 10pm and we were tired. It was a suprise trip for my moms birthday. F that guy. Get nicer people at the front desk. That guy who worked that night needs customer service training. Rude mother F'er! Guess what?! We found an even better place to stay that was 2 bedroom. So F this place!

Terrible. One of the more expensive hotels in the area and nothing to show for it. Did not have a working toilet and when I went to the front desk to let the staff know. I was told to wait for 30min, was told it was a recurring issue, was given a key to use a bathroom on a completey different floor, instead of changing our room. No working pool/hot tub. If I could give no stars, I would've. Don't stay here.

Stayed here 3 nights and enjoyed it, availing of a great last minute room rate too. The staff were cordial and personable, and most importantly of all (during covid) the hotel was impeccably clean. The rooms are well appointed but very much on the small side, beds are doubles not queens. The chairs at the small table in our room were showing their age. The ac in our room didn’t work (not cooling) but we slept with the window open (temps in 50s at night in July) and it was very comfortable.

Hot tub and pool are under maintenance which was shown nowhere under advertising.nnThe breakfast consisted of either a microwaved bagel frozen sandwich or cup Jell-O fruit... needless to say I skipped breakfast.nnI’m getting quite tired of these lazy businesses cutting costs and not having available amenities that are listed under advertisement.nnEverything else was normal, nothing special.
