I went into the store yesterday and was totally ignored by the gal at the front desk. She was obviously on a personal call, never paused to acknowledge me. So I walked around to see if I could find what I was looking for. She had another opportunity to connect with me when she finished her phone chat. It wasn't until I approached the front door to leave that she finally asked me if I was doing ok. A little too late. I gave this 3 stars because it looked like a great shop. Customer service....not so much.

Been in a few times and had a great experience. Sometimes they've had what I'm looking for and sometimes they haven't. Overall it's always been great.
