I am very unhappy with the Grangeville tire guy. I ordered new tires and rims ,the man who took my order was very nice and helpful. My tires and rims were supposed to be in on a Tuesday. My tires were in,my rims were not. I was told oh Wednesday,then Thursday,.THey came on Friday. I also purchased roadside,and new lug nuts. Turning conversations with office staff doing millage watenty I was told I didn't purchase road side,I had to pull out my,own copy as they couldn't find there copy. I drove 50 miles ,took it back to rework,thankfully my husband noticed my old lug nuts and asked why the new ones I had bought were not put on.He was told the wrong ones were ordered and the new ones should be in the following Friday. Mind you we were not told that they had not come in. Called on Monday after hearing Friday still nothing,and was told nope not in .I finally had to get my money back on Wednesday. I have never had such problems with the cottonwood office. I spent 1900. Dollars and you would tho,I they would have been able to get my order correct,on time,and have more to say to me then I'm not sure,or I don't know. I will never do busisness there again .im very disappointed all around with them

The most honest mechanic I ever met. My car was pulling to the left.The tire guy switched the right and left tires for free and said see if it still pulls. It didn't; problem solved. Saved me unnecessary work, like an alignment or more. Highly, highly recommended.

Needed to check the balance on my tires and they took me right in, no waiting. Nice lobby too with coffee and popcorn.
