We had an absolutely fabulous experience with Tyler & Sash on a huge project -- installing shades for almost fifty windows. They offered us the lowest price of any company we contacted. Shaun (the owner) also spent a couple hours with us reviewing our options. We appreciated his insights and experience, and also that he respected and worked with our preferences. Installation went smoothly as well. And then, when we were overly picky afterwards and wanted to change the color of the chains, Shaun generously accommodated our request. All in all, I can't imagine getting window treatments any more smoothly than this.

We bought a house that had 20 windows and 0 window treatments! We were overwhelmed at everything - from colors to textures to measurements to installation, and how to choose amongst shades, blinds, and shutters. Josh and Tyler spoke with us several times via phone and email to answer my many questions, then made a plan and came to our house to help us make all of the exact right decisions. Half of our window treatments were ready much earlier than the rest, so they even did two installations for us. Sopheak did the installs and he was AWESOME! 10 of our windows have automation, and he even stayed to help install and program the remote controls, the hubs, the smartphone apps, and Alexa voice control. We are so grateful for the help and we LOVE our new window treatments!

What a refreshing experience! My mom needed a blind we avoided this as we wanted something a bit more cosmopolitan. Mom said don't be ridiculous Winchester has everything! Well she was right! Shaun was phenomenal! First a true artist, not conventional, he was able to provide the NYC feel I was looking for that matched our existing furniture and style from rugs to paint to blinds. Then his installer, during this Covid times- OMG top of the line, product, installation and unity.nTyler and Sash, Shaun your humble, thoughtful understated approach, is so refreshing welcomed and meritted ! We adore the product, the paint colors, the suggestions of course you were correct...in both my Mom's home and ours! Bravo, Well Done!

Worst service... and poor install job of Hunter Douglas blinds by Taylor and Sash. We were convinced to buy expensive Hunter Douglas blinds for several of our windows. Sean, the owner, explained the justification of the price by saying they had a lifetime guarantee/warranty.n1) They were not experienced enough to know that when you measure Hunter Douglas blinds, they include an error factor so what was supposed to be blackout blinds were not truly black out blinds - of course we did not ask him to remeasure and replace( which we should have)n2) One of the shades never stayed up but again we didn’t bother them with repairing itn3) now 2-3 years later one of the shades does not Even close so our child has difficulty sleeping in a bright room-nnThey said they would charge us to come out and remove it and charge us for the repair. We could have just spent less on blinds and paid for replacements . Now we paid 2-3 times the price for Hunter Douglas and are being asked to pay close to what we paid for the blinds to fix them.nnFortunately, a lovely blind company who is very experienced , (who we had install Hunter Douglas on our other windows was willing to come and fix them at no charge). Carroll Blinds in Brookline- way more professional and customer service driven...fixing another company’s blinds..nPlus the blinds he installed were measured and truly blackout!

A quick visit to Tyler & Sash for a wallpaper sample over three years ago has turned me into a customer for life. Not only did Josh and Shaun help me find the wallpaper I was looking for, they also assisted me in choosing coordinating drapery, furniture, art, lighting and accessories. They are more than just window treatments - truly one stop shopping! They have a wonderfully curated collection of fabrics and wallpaper in the store, but they can also order you any samples that they don't have in stock. And best of all, they are a pleasure to work with!
