The front desk clerk's think they're better than you, they will be expeditiously rude to you if they have to help you. You shouldn't expect them to be polite in any stretch of the manner. You should expect them to hang up the second they've given you the information you're looking for, so do yourself a self righteous favor and hang up on them first.

Didnt tell me when my court date was and wouldnt answer my phone calls and got me put back in jail and had to pay 2500 bail out of pocket. Hire a real attorney its cheaper in the long run.
