Great store just the staff that works during the day needs to learn some customer service skills or just people skills in general. Came through on a Friday and they were complaining about something to do with the store very loudly and continued while me and my girlfriend were at the counter to pay for our stuff. Then this most recent time they just act like you are an inconvenience to them. For example when entering card to pay the gentleman just walked away without saying anything and continued to talk to other employee. It's just sad because it is such a nice gas station with pour customer service. I can only speak about the two employees that worked days on this past weekend. I've never been here at night but I'd certainly hope they care more.

Trucker's Oasis! Traveling through as well? Great spot to stop off or for the night. I had a very good experience here during my mandatory DOT break. The Town of Grangeville is very open and friendly. Much is within walking distance, the local merchants are welcoming... hotels, restaurants, grocery and a couple of interesting places to see as well! The staff of Zip Trip are down home locals that'll treat you right. Fuel up here and a shower is no charge.nEFS and Comdata accepted ~ Roady's Network. Full trucker's/traveller's essential convenience items such as vehicle fluids, lubrication, load straps/bars, power cords, accessories, electronics and such. GREAT coffee and refills are $1! Taco John's a+! Excellent WiFi! Wearing a Mask is at your own common sense discretion. Thanks to the staff here from a hard working wayfarer trucker! *nn**At time of this post they did not carry snow chains** I suggested that they should.

Ok, have photos, but won't publish here, this Taco John's is franchise to Zip Trip!nnThis is the place to catch cov-19! Management dosen't enforce any masking policy, yes i know its Voluntary, and for the locals living here, probably ok!, however its problematic for those that don't, daily foot traffic from out town is Significant. Bathrooms marginally clean, don't know about women's room, but men's 1 toilet 1 urinal. So this place is the transfer spot for the bus, like greyhound or trailways , so you got a group using the heads!, but this is really about Taco John's employees, handling food, no masks, and one was coughing consistently, same goes for the clerk, at the main desk,nOverall i give Taco John's a 1*, if your getting fuel, beverages in bottles, pkg snacks its a good, spot. But the get a 2 for the cov-19, prevention ¹ for 3 overall.

Julie at the counter has a horrible attitude, rude and unfriendly! We were super polite and all we got was attitude as soon as we asked to take showers. If your wanting a shower here. Good luck. They will sell you a shower and complain about cleaning them before you can take your shower and give you dirty looks and complain the entire time! Will not be back and won’t let out hunting party fuel or get suppliers there. Stay away! Horrible service....
