First I will say everyone at the clinic was very personable and kind. I am giving this rating because I felt like I was not given the quality of service (like my husband received) because I did not have any insurance and he did. My husband was told he didn’t need glasses but was still prescribed glasses. I have an astigmatism and was told I really didn’t need glasses. I was not helped at all when asked to have them measure my PD. I find this kind of business odd when the company is totally focused on if the client has insurance or not. I would like to see the clinic be more of help to the customers because they care for them not because of how they are paying.

Dr. Brown is very knowledgeable especially with diabetic and macular degeneration. He is excellent with children and has wonderful patient bedside manner and care. His staff is cheery and goes above and beyond to make you comfortable.

Won't even do there jobs at the front desk to answer phones I just needed an appointment but they want to txt are you kidding me answer the phones

Best eye doctor in town! The office staff are great, and Doctor Brown really cares about each of his patients. I get my glasses and my contacts here, and have loved my experience. I will be back again!

Dr. Brown did an excellent job and continues to check-in with me. I’ve even had instances where I’ve run out of contact lenses even though Ive been traveling out of state and he’s sent them to me! Awesome service, wouldn’t consider using anyone else. Very fair, really welcoming, great service.
