I passed through Grangeville, heading to Red River Hot Springs and I ran into a Deputy with Idaho County and had a great conversation with him. He was telling me about all the cool places that I could go in Idaho County and shared some great experiences he had. I was armed and he didn't hassle me about it, he didn't try to find ways to write me a ticket or bother be about things. So much negative attention lately with Police and Law Enforcement, I was happy to cross paths with the Idaho County Deputy.
The lack of investigation and search resources allowed for the four missing in the Selway accident is unacceptable. The Sheriff's lack of tact, decency and honesty in comments to reporters is awful. If my family member is ever in an accident or gone missing... let it not be in Idaho County.
