He was also very easy to contact, and responsive when we needed to be in touch with him.nnOur office went through many complex situations while Mr. Sasser was there. It was most reassuring to know that he would be able to ease our minds knowing that he could provide answers to our questions and that we, along with our customers, would be protected.
