Sherry made this a very easy experience. We were not in Arizona and made all the arrangements from Canada. Sherry was very helpful, thank you very much.
If you need a place to stash your stuff, this place is great. The prices are fair and the staff is super friendly and helpful. They have packing supplies inside and a truck you can rent fairly easily that was a big help for us.
From the first phone call inquiry and the day we moved our stuff into our unit to the present, Sherry and Ryan have been stellar in their service and helpfulness. They are very kind and personable people who care about, and care for, their property and customers with 100 percent integrity. The grounds are always clean. And, I always feel safe when I’m there. If you happen to see either of them while you’re digging around your unit, be sure to say hello. You might get a hand with any extras you might not have thought you needed help with. The units are in great shape givin there outdoor units. You're stuff will get some minor dust. It was explained to me that the climate and conditions are prime for moisture. So protect your stuff accordingly for light moisture. Staff, and front office workers are very helpful and informative. Me and my family have been using this storage facility for quite a few years and been very happy.
Ryan & Sherry were incredible. They are the perfect example of what customer service is. They were caring, knowledge, attentive, helpful and we could go on for days! They take such great care of the property there are no words. When we were comparing where we should store our belongings we did not go off of price alone, Ryan and Sherry’s customer service skills won HANDS DOWN BAR NONE!!!! Brian and Shera
