Great experience so far, and was fortunate to get a perfect space at a place that offers so many amenities. Jasmine was so pleasant to deal with and clearly knows her job. I couldn't decide immediately when offered the space, and she accommodated my decision delay graciously.
I've been renting a space there and wanted a little larger space. I left my name on a waiting list to be contacted if a larger space became available. Twice I was contacted by Hunter an employee, the second time he contacted me about a vacated space I liked it and moved. I was impressed he reached out, also a shout out to Jasmine the local property manager, she is wonderful and very accommodating. Thanks Hunter and Jasmine.
Hunter was on duty the day we showed up to look at an RV stored there. He was very friendly and helpful on first contact. Later, when we needed some help for an issue with dropped keys inside where we couldn't easily reach them, he went above and beyond trying to find something that could help us reach them. Ultimately, he loaned us something that was his personally. He later came down to check on us, making sure we did retrieve our keys. He was professional from start to finish. The facility is great for storing RVs, with many on-site amenities. I thank Hunter for all his help and I recommend Tower Storage as a place to keep your valued items.
Very nice, clean and well kept faculty. Great amenities (RV wash, air, propane, and even ice. No junk or industrial stuff parked. The MGMT team of Jasmine and Hunter were amazing to work with. Would be six stars, but the price is a little high, but you get what you pay for!
We moved from Washington State to Arizona this past week, and the service we received from beginning to end was excellent. From my conversation with Jasmine before we left our home town, to setting up our auto pay, to walking us to our unit and checking us in. She was beyond friendly and a pleasure to work with!
