So glad this place was open. We went for their second home game of the 2021 season and it was amazing. I highly recommend downloading the MLB app and ordering your food from the app to beat the line. The tickets were extremely affordable as well. Overall an amazing experience.
Opening day of baseball at Chase Field and the first live baseball game in over a year. Was great to be back at the ballpark! Concessions had extremely long lines. Especially because there were no vendors in the stands and they didn't have all of the vendors open. Hopefully that will be fixed. Otherwise it was a great experience!
Beautiful park. So grateful to see baseball live.. Zero security in the upper level. Mask rule not enforced despite strong emails. I love Chase, I don't love tough rule bluffs with no enforcement.
Great stadium! But thumbs down on management. Decided to up the attendance from 11,000 to 22,000 last second and were not staffed accordingly. Not enough wheel chairs, long waits for food, Dropped off handicapped person by bar to get picked up. But, couldn't get picked at crowed Trolley stop.
This is my happy place. But even at less than 50% capacity, they weren't ready to handle concession demand. The order ahead failed miserably & several places ran out of food. Good to be back, hope they work out the kinks.
