The reception is friendly, warm and kind. The treatment is closely attuned to your needs and current abilities and clearly aimed toward improving mobility and always meeting you where you are right now.

I went in for an appointment and walked right back out. The receptionist had her black mask under her chin and the man in a white t shirt sitting next to her didn't even have one near him. I find it absolutely disgusting that they can't even bother to wear a mask in a medically related office. I moved my appointment to the physical therapy place on 57th. So gross, the staff here should be ashamed of themselves. Saw an elderly women walk in right after me, the whole experience made me feel awful.
