Always have had a good experience at the pharmacy on Rittenhouse. Glad we switched fom another Walmart in the area where I waited for 1.5 hours for prescriptions.

I wish I would have read the reviews before coming here. This is the worse place to come if you need a prescription right away. I’ve been waiting an hour and a half for my antibiotics prescription. It doesn’t look like it’s going to be ready anytime soon. They look like they are extremely understaffed. I should have went to Walgreens ud83eudd26‍♀ufe0f

I only gave one star because you had to give something. On a Saturday night my doctors sent over something for a cough. They sent it 45 minutes before they closed. The pharmacy refused to fill it, the store manager stated she could not make them fill it. That’s just fabulous customer service.

If I could leave less than 1 star I sure would. You definitely do NOT want to come here if you’re sick and need to pick up prescriptions that your doctor sent over unless you have a lot of free time to sit around. I’ve waited for over an hour for 4 prescriptions and it doesn’t seem like they’ll be done anytime soon. I think I’ll be transferring my prescriptions somewhere else.

Great pharmacy staff, very chill people and they always do a great job. I had to transfer my prescriptions back to this store and they were done with everything in less than 25 minutes. Great work!
