Great staff, nice rooms, comfortable beds, beautifully kept property. If you go at Christmas time the city itself is gorgeous. Lights everywhere, each house, and businesses beautifully decorated. Thank you again for the stay.
Don't waste your time with these folks. We paid, and showed up before 9PM at night, to find no one there, and no way to get into the room we had already paid for. Lousy customer service when I called today for a refund and spoke to Delia, and they want me to pay when they let us down. This is the only hotel I have ever dealt with that wont let you in when you arrive before 9:00PM for a room you have already paid for. Take my advice, go across the street where we went, to Super 8 where they had people there til 3:00AM to help you, and MAN they were nice. I'll be reversing my charges.
Shout out to seigal suites management n staff fire in the room next to ours earlier today. ...nN from the bottom of my heart thank you guys for the speed n efficiency in which the situation was handled i thought for sure my room was on fire too or atleast fire damaged bt it was untouched thank god shout out to casa grande first responders as well for the speed in which it was extinquished appreciate all of you involved

3.20.2020nnNice staff. Been here 8 months. Place kept clean weekly. Picked up. All carts shopping are here walmart, come n get them if you work at another store. Cars with flats here. Storage yard for junk cars motorcycles, need to be towed. Walk your hotel daily Ms Manager. Take a walk.
