I have a landlord - tenant dispute and contacted her for a free consult. She was able to get an appointment for me the following day, and was prompt in calling me on time for the phone consult. She was very knowledgeable, and advised I would be best off taking it to small claims court. I appreciated all of the advise she gave me, about how to file and what documentation I would want to take for the judgement. Also, the fact that she was up front that engaging her and going to court would cost more than the disputed amount and it would be unlikely that I would be able to recover attorney fees.

After our initial phone conversation where she told me she would review a contract she never replied to my email. I followed up and was told she received the contract and would get back to me later that day with an idea of the cost involved in thoroughly reviewing it. She never replied or called back. Business must be so good that customer service is out the window.
