Mor Furniture in Casa Grande is great! I purchased an awesome sectional at a great price with very easy financing. The furniture is really good quality. I was extremely happy with my purchase and the customer service was outstanding. Sean was a huge help and was very informative and super friendly. I would definetly recommend this store and I will be going back soon for a bedroom set.

I have been going to the Mor store for 12 years and I've always received the best service and always pleased with the furniture. I've referred friends and family there and they too have been pleased. The VIP visits were always the best time to go shopping. Free gifts are always nice.

The service was awesome! Sean was Very nice, polite and considerate. We waited for my husband and he even played a movie for my little ones. He offered us to rearrange the sectional we want to buy to get different options so for me above and beyond customer service. Excellent Thank you!!!

I ordered a couch and love seat. Which I am very happy with. There was an issue with my order while in store. They showed as in stock, so I payed for them. Once he went to finalize the order it showed they were NOT in stock. Frustrating yes. But they worked with me and made it right in store. Just had to wait a week or so longer than originally planned. That all went good. Until they delivered my couch and loveseat, I work out of town so was not home when they delivered them. But I got a call from my wife after they left because we had purchased a couch with the center recliner. But she went to try them out and the center is not a recliner. So I emailed there “customer service”. They responded by saying they don’t do returns and I’d have to pay additional delivery fee if I wanted the correct piece. That is a bunch of bull. And of course I can’t call the store directly and talk to my sales guy because all the numbers go to their waste of time call center.
