I have been going to Banner Copper Basin for a few years now and I admit I have had some concerns in the past. Now that Dr. Song and Dr. Tinsdale are there I am confident in their ability. Dr. Song has been my PCP since my stoke 9/16. She has been thorough, thoughtful, very knowledgeable and caring. As long as Dr. Song is there I will be too. Her Nurse Adrian is fantastic as well!!

I go to this clinic on a regular basis and I find this clinic to be similar to any medical facility I've ever visited. Certainly when all the Snow Birds are here, they can get very busy, but that applies to everything here. I've never had any difficulty getting through on the phone or making an appointment. I can't explain some of the other reviews, other than, have you ever noticed that people here are always in a hurry and always have to get one ahead of everyone else.

Very friendly and helpful. For me it is one of the better clinics I have gone to. From the front desk to the doctors you are greeted with a smile and positive additude.
