When I made my appointment, I was number 60 in line. Took about 45 minutes to finally talk to a person. After that, everything was smooth. Got an appointment for 2 days later. Front desk was efficient. Got called in on time. Doctor Logan Nickels appeared 15-20 minutes later. Good guy, listens.

Great staff members! Everyone is well put, respectful, and professional. They are great in answering your questions and/or finding you a better solution. I also enjoy the fact that everything is located in the same building.

Very well organized and helpful and positive staff. My only criticism is that I was not informed of a location change for my second shot. I drove in from Tucson ( luckily with time to spare) to find a sign on the original location's door redirecting me. But overall, a very welcoming and positive experience.
