Dr. Ross, is a wonderful doctor. She is passionate about her practice. Her attention to her patients is better than most. I personally recommend Dr.Ross and appreciate all she does.

My mom is seeing her to treat a Basal Cell Carcinoma. All is going very well. Front desk is great and Dr. Ross is fun, pleasant and patient with my elderly mother. She really knows her stuff.

I have been a patient for 4 years. Dr. Ross is thorough which is the ONLY reason I go back every year. Mark at the front desk is very, very rude & unfriendly!nI called yesterday to confirm my appt. for today & never received a call back. I showed up at my appointment time today only to be told, I wasn’t on the schedule. When I asked why I didn’t get a call back yesterday Mark told me “ we don’t always get to our calls”!nI will be looking for a different dermatologist.

Dr Ross needs to be aware that her receptionist has no people skillsnand my need to get a class in better people skills i will not be coming back.
