I have truly enjoyed working here as front office staff for the past 16 years. Over the years we have experienced some changes within the company but we have never lost sight of our true intentions of providing the most optimal care. We are a tight knit, hard working company that is committed to our patients and staff and strive to provide the best of care to all of our patients and their families. I just started working here and I love the people here. the staff have been very friendly and helpful. I love my new patients. I am a Physician Assistant and I will work hard to get the answer you need if I cant help you I will find you someone who will!

LeAnn VanDuyn at Optima Medical - Casa Grande was very short and dismissive. Seemed to be busy and not interested in my concerns I shared with her. Overall, I was disappointed. The young lady who did show care and concern prior to LeAnn coming in was very helpful and as well as the young lady at the front desk was nice and helpful. I would NOT recommend LeAnn. You will be disappointed as she is too busy to care or just does not know how to show care or concern for the patient . Was very disappointed.

The PA there is very unprofessional! She guesses when she has no idea what she is talking about. She was unprepared when I went in for my follow up had no idea what I was in there for I had to remind her why I was there. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there cause of her! The office ladies were very helpful at all times!
