The employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. They have helped me with all sorts of projects and give great advice. I also appreciate that they remember me as a customer.

Horrible customer service. Purchased something during the COVID time.m and they would not accept returns. Then I called to ask if I could return it and they said they would not accept anything if it was over 30 days. Ask to speak to a manager, he said he is in the bathroom. So I said I would wait. Then he said or no he won’t be here until Monday. Frustrating.

This store is small and a little expensive BUT you can count on the people to help you with everything. The people are GREAT.

Go to place for a dang good selection and good prices especially since they have no taxes added. The staff is smart about what they carry and will help you or leave you alone as requested. I could truck to Spokane or CdA...but this is closer, and with no taxes often much cheaper, and revenue supports good works of the tribe...like jobs, housing, tribal bennies and the pool. Win win.
