Place is not maintained, the roads are so rough to drive on and the fences look like Charlie brown pieced them together. A trailer is half torn down and insulation and debris blow all over the park. Definitely better options in the area.

Park is looking way better than it first did two years ago. A lot of people were upset when the manager asked everyone clean up their places but it's so much nicer to live here now. I pay on time and keep my place clean so I've never had problems with them. And the lots are big too.

Park under new management. Not the same park that it was a couple years ago. Nicest one in the area.

Wasn't there Google maps is silly or sumthin cuz I was not there ...but if I were to rate it it b a hudge NOOO COMMENT LOL NOT THE BEST PLACE IN AZ JUST MY OPNION THO !!!
