My experience with this office and it’s staff was quite frankly terrible. I received care from them during my pregnancy in 2020. Just today, over 5 months later, I discovered that I had abnormal tests that were NEVER discussed with me during my pregnancy. I was Strep B positive. I don’t know why that was never mentioned during the several weeks before giving birth. Also, I practically begged them to check my sons positioning during week 39 of my pregnancy. When they did, they discovered he was completely breech and scheduled a c-section for the very next day. My surgeon mentioned that we were lucky that we came in when we did because the umbilical chord was wrapped around his body 3 times... I’m glad I didn’t continue to wait for natural birth to begin and try to push out a fully breech, tangled baby.. I know my pregnancy was during COVID-19 but that doesn’t excuse the lack of care. If you want to hear back about your blood work/ medical tests, don’t go to this office. They apparently don’t notify you and you’ll find out the following year as you log into your genpath account. I’m lucky and blessed that my baby is safe and sound but I don’t thank Genesis ONGYN for that outcome!
