I wanted to thank my friend Mauricio from Traverse who helped me out on my trip to Texas last week. I was running late to a seminar and when I got to the car rental place there was a line of 30 people in front of me. I called Mauricio and moved my car rental reservation to a different vendor with a line with 3 people in it. That is why you use a travel agent! Thank you again Mauricio! I will continue to use your service in the future and I highly recommend your agency to anyone who wants to experience great service in the travel industry!

I have used Traverse Tours and Travel exclusively for several years and have always been impressed with their service. I want to share my most recent experience of this stellar company... Today is September 6th, 2017. My nephew is getting married this weekend in Utah to a Beautiful Bride who's family is from the Dominican Republic. Hurricane Irma is bearing down on the Caribbean Islands as I type this review. They weren't supposed to fly out of the DR until tomorrow morning when the Hurricane is expected to make landfall. They were notified this morning that the flight for tomorrow was cancelled due to the severity of the storm. I made contact with Mauricio at Traverse Tours and Travel and even though he wasn't the one who originally booked their flights, he went above and beyond the scope of his business to search through the night as we were preparing for the worst and found them seats on a different flight that left today(the day before the storm)and was a flawless event on his part. I can imagine the chaos in the Caribbean with so many flights cancelled and hundreds of stranded passengers trying to get on the next available flight. Mauricio secured the seats and I am happy to report that they are safely on their way to Utah. This act was selfless because Mauricio for one didn't have to do it, he isn't making any money from it, and he took time away from other business to make this possible. I am praying for all the people in the path of Hurricane Irma. I am so thankful to Mauricio and Traverse Tours and Travel. They are a top notch Professional Business. I would recommend their services to everyone without hesitation!
