I've been trying to schedule an appointment online and it won't let me select the park city dmv on the website and I have been trying to call over and over and over again for over a week and still no response back i just need to get my car registered but this dmv is making it impossible for me
Showed up to locked doors not knowing appointments were necessary, with a QR code to scan for appointment..My phone doesn't have a QR scanner!! So, I rang the doorbell, and spoke to someone. The lady came out and let me in. Moment she opened the door, 3 other persons showed up unknowing like me. She let them in. By the time she asked the 3 parties what they needed, 3 more persons arrived not knowing appointments needed. It was confusion!!nWHY ARE APPOINTMENTS NECESSARY?nI had got an expired tags ticket when I left my car out in front of my parents house while I was in Maui. My tags expired last October, and I had NO IDEA! I own 4 vehicles for my landscaping business, so it was a lifesaver when the state would send the reminder cards!! Why did they stop sending those? I bet they're making a killing in tickets now!!nAnyways, the lady working there was very patient and helped everyone at the door and helped me get my new stickers for plate.nThe process is ridiculous. The lady who helped me was seriously a saint. I could not would not deal with those unnecessary procedures !!
Organized, COVID-19 precautions. Excellent staff, courteous and knowledgeable. No appointment necessary. Waited about 10-15 minutes. I have been twice in the last month very consistent service!
This location used to be the best to me, but their Covid-19 policy is ridiculous! Call and call and NO ANSWER...drive down there(30min for me) and they say there is a 2 hour wait...and because it is 3pm and they stop serving customers at at 4:30pm they won't be able to assist you today...you cannot make an appointment...this is a JOKE... departments like this only exist to collect tax(theft) money...and you get terrible customer service when all you are doing is giving them money to pay for their jobs...disgusting!
Came here after I was turned away from both the Salt Lake and Draper DMV due to Covid-related issues and their overbooked appointment schedules. Got in and out within less than 30 minutes (I did prefill all the forms needed), the staff was friendly, and the safety procedures for covid were solid. This will be my new primary DMV for someone who lives in the valley. Worth the extra drive.
