Megaplex Theatres at Legacy Crossing

Went for a movie and the staff was very friendly.

I had a great time being in a movie theatre again. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful. The seats were clean and comfortable. The extra space was perfect and made things feel private, which I what I like.nThe only thing that was a bummer was that the automatic ticket kiosk wouldn't accept our gift cards.

super clean establishment, from the Concessions,theatre and bathrooms. Luxury seating is by far the most relaxing and nicest chairs in any theater I've been in. Well worth the couple extra bucks!! Super friendly employees as well

the minute we walked in the workers made us feel unwelcome, because we didn’t have parents with us and they treated us like we were five, when we are really 16. they are disrespectful and rolled there eyes at us when we got in the line for the popcorn and drinks. they closed the food area thirty minutes into the movie, (at 9) when we wanted to get more food. they also had an attitude issue. they were grumpy when we pulled down our mask off to eat popcorn, we had it down for maybe 30 seconds . they were also rude when we paid with cash and not card and rolled they’re eyes again. they didn’t have gloves on or sanitize after touching things. overall the movie was the only good thing about this experience. would usually recommend, but not this time, just because of the worker’s social aspect, especially one in particular. we won’t say who. i wish i could give half a star.

Every time I visit this location the staff is friendly and helpful. This last time I went in was the best. Sarah assisted me with my popcorn refill. Shout out to her for her fabulous customer service.
