The guy is super hard to understand, hes really jittery and can't keep still! He tries to force medication on you. Definitely doesn't try and help an individual, he has you waiting almost an hour past your scheduled appointment time. Would like to leave a half star but i can't! WOULD NOT recommend to anyone.

In a challenging field that is often plagued by insensitive and even condescending staff and aides, Kristin and Harley are too cool for school. It makes a difference, that they do what they can to get patients scheduled as soon as possible, help us find reasonable prices on our prescriptions, and treat everyone with respect under sometimes trying circumstances, on both sides of the receptionist glass, with Doc himself acknowledging his own limitations, as both a doctor as well as a patient

Both of my young children go see doctor Stauffer. Doctor Stauffer has made a big difference in my son's life. I would have to agree with the office staff concerning over the phone conversations, comma they tend to turn off their phones early and they don't return phone calls.. In closing I would like to say I am really impressed with doctor Stauffer in the way that he interacts with both my children

I struggle with bipolar disorder. After a few months of treating me, he started ignoring my needs. I called for an emergency medication adjustment because I had been feeling suicidal for about a week. In the past, he would spend about 5 minutes on the phone to tell me to take more or less of a medication for this problem and it helped. Instead, he completely ignored the message I left for him. He never called me back. In desperation, I called him a second time and he never called me back.nWhen a person is suicidal, he/she can certainly go to the ER. But, in the ER they stabilize you for that one day and send you back home. It doesn’t fix the long term problem. I could certainly go back into the ER everyday for being suicidal, but obviously that is not a feasible solution since the ER is so expensive. So, thanks to Dr. Stauffer’s negligence and recklessness, I am suffering with this problem and trying to get by until I can find a better doctor.nIf you decide to see him, I hope you have better luck than I did.

Dr. Stauffer is a great listener and due to his experience, he knows how to look at things at many different angles. He is older so if you're looking for someone​ to vent to, this may not be the place. You have work to listen to him since his voice is quiet. The staff isn't great about returning calls but they are great otherwise.
