The technician was late. I received a call from the company to see if I still wanted service today. I did as I have seen an increase in mouse activity. I was not overly pleasednWith the service today. I felt the technician was a little rude and he said he was tired. Not my fault. You are in customer service you should be nice to your customers

Brian did an excellent job. He really seemed to have very good knowledge of task at hand. He was very personable and we would recommend him.
We have been using Orkin for almost two years and have been very happy. Service reps are always on time and professional. The times we have needed additional treatments, Orkin has come quickly and we were not charged extra. Overall, I think Orkin’s service is great and at a very reasonable cost.
